After a week, our strategy proposal will be ready for you to review. If you decide to choose our services, we’ll create a draft of our agreement, usually ~10 pages long, that’s later signed digitally by both sides. As signatures are done, we're ready to kick off our project.
Every PPC or SEO agreement is concluded for an indefinite period with one month’s termination notice, effective at the end of the calendar month. Both sides have a right to do so without any negative impact — we’re not there to hold you hostage with an unfair agreement if you're unhappy with the results of our co-operation.
The timeline for seeing results can vary depending on the services and your specific goals. Typically, SEO and on-site content efforts take 3–6 months to show significant impact, while PPC campaigns can yield faster results, even after the first or second month of action. However, no paid or organic channel will deliver results if your communication and value proposition are not.
We’re trying to be flexible and responsive, as good communication is one of our core values. Every project has at least 3 people involved, including a Project Manager — your main Point of Contact, a Strategist, responsible for aligning marketing activities with your business goals, and an Area Manager, handling ads accounts or managing your SEO. You can contact anyone you like, if you need, using 1 of 3 main communication channels: mail, video call, or chat (using Slack or Google Chat).
